Hire for weddings
A hired serving robot to entertain and serve your wedding
A wedding happens in a single evening, with no second chance. Hired for the date of your ceremony, the Keenon service robot carries the wine reception drinks, moves among your guests during the cocktail hour, and becomes, along the way, a memory guests photograph. It supports your caterer, never replaces them.
Concrete use cases
What the robot handles during your wedding
Serving the wine reception
The robot carries trays of drinks and canapes directly to your guests during the cocktail hour, useful support at the moment your caterer is busiest.
A moment guests remember and share
A robot moving among the tables surprises guests, draws out phones, and naturally becomes a topic of conversation, content your friends and family share on their own social media without being asked.
A memory for the children present
At a wedding, children often get bored once the meal is over. The robot's presence catches their attention and becomes one of the moments they remember from the evening.
Floor support during table service
The robot can also carry dishes to the tables or clear between courses, so your caterer's staff can stay focused on the pace and quality of service.

Wedding hire, questions and answers
Frequently asked questions
Yes, hiring is designed for a dated event like a wedding: the robot is made available for the duration of your evening, with no commitment beyond that. Exact hire terms (dates, hours, arrangements) are set out in a quote.
No. The robot supports the existing service, on repetitive trips such as carrying the wine reception drinks or clearing. Your caterer and floor staff remain responsible for service, coordination, and the relationship with your guests.
DINERBOT models are designed to move on flat, regular surfaces, indoors as well as on a prepared terrace. For an outdoor reception on grass, gravel, or uneven ground, a conversation about the exact venue layout lets us check feasibility before confirming the hire.
If your reception venue has tight aisles between tables, the T11 (documented aisle width from 49 cm) or the T8 (from 55 cm) are better suited than the T10, which needs 59 cm. The choice depends on your venue's actual layout.
